Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hamilton Beach purchase; if you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and documentation to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the return authorization slip inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your appliance in its original box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned item, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
